When: Tuesday August 3rd and Wednesday August 4th.
Time: 8:00am – 2:00pm
Where: 730 Old Compass Rd, Longboat Key, FL 34228
Directions: Cortez Ave west to dead end. Turn Left on Gulf Drive. Go approx. 4 miles past Cannon Marine and turn Left on Binnacle Point Drive (Emerald Harbor). Turn Left on Emerald Harbor Place (the first left). Go to Old Compass Road and turn Right. The house is on the right. Please park on the south side of the street and avoid blocking other driveways.
Items being removed: Kitchen cabinets, Stainless steel sink, water heater, A/C unit, interior doors, bi- fold doors, vanity w/ mirror, toilet, ceiling fans, light fixtures, appliances, medicine cabinet, fireplace, screen door, patio doors, shower door, wood flooring, stepping stones, and much more.
