Project : 592 Riverstone Dr. Short Description: Women Build / Retired Build Description: No Construction Experience Necessary - Just a willing heart! Construction Volunteers: Arrive at 8:00 AM for sign in and safety orientation. We will break for lunch at 12 noon and resume building until 3:00 or 3:30 pm. Volunteers should bring their own sack lunch. If you can only work a partial day, we ask that you come first thing in the morning and then leave early if you need to. Due to safety reasons, we ask the volunteers NOT show up in the middle of the day. Volunteers must be 16 years of age or older to work at the site. Everyone is required to complete and turn in a Liability Waiver when they come on site. The waiver form is available at the top of the scheduling screen (if you have problems printing the waiver, additional forms will be provided at the job site). Minors between the ages of 16 and 18 must have a parent or guardian's signature. Bring a water bottle, sunscreen, closed toe shoes, and dress weather appropriate. Long pants or longer shorts, (at least between knee & thigh) or capri style pants are REQUIRED. Tops must cover the mid drift, and necklines must be conservative. Thank you. Habitat provides all of the tools, but you are welcome to bring your own belt if you want. For those of you who are not interested in swinging a hammer, occasionally we need volunteers in the following areas. These roles will be posted as a shift when available: Site Host: Help get people checked in collecting waivers and making sure everyone signs in on the sign-in sheet.
