Each home’s exterior walls will be made from ICF’s (Insulated Concrete Forms) which are not just energy-efficient but also storm ready and pest resistant – saving homeowners both money and time in maintenance. Site preparation is underway and construction will begin soon. The first home is scheduled to be completed in early 2011.
